Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it enjoys a sought-after location: close to Lake Gérardmer, local shops and the ski slopes.
Whatever the season, the region offers a wide range of activities: swimming and water sports on the lake, hiking, mountain biking, tree-top adventure courses, high-altitude lakes, not to mention the nearby town of La Bresse and the Alsatian villages. Ground floor: You enter a beautiful open-plan living area comprising: - A fully fitted kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring induction hob - A lounge/living room with a television This level also includes: - 1 master bedroom with a 160x200 bed - 1 bathroom with a bath and 1 washbasin - Separate toilet First floor: - A mezzanine with a 140x200 sofa bed and a television (for games and relaxation) - 1 bedroom with 1 90x190 bed + 1 160x200 bed - 1 bedroom with 1 90x190 bed + 1 160x200 bed - 1 shower room with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet Outdoors: You can enjoy a private landscaped garden and a furnished terrace for meals and relaxation.
A table football table is also available for young and old alike. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to make the most of the outdoors. Electric barbecue, steam cooker and smoker.
