Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Maisons-Alfort Les Juilliottes (line 6), is just a 5-minute walk. Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television.
The adjoining dining room has a table for four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, a mirror and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
