This single-story house features a bright living room with a reading corner and library, a television with CanalSat decoder and Netflix, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.), and a dining room with an extendable table seating 6 to 10 people.
The sleeping area is divided into two separate sections:
- Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm bed with a Simmons mattress and topper
- Bedroom 2: Children's room with two 90x200 cm beds, two cribs, a changing table, toys, and books
This area includes a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a 15 m² dressing room.
The second sleeping area comprises:
- Bedroom 3: 160x200 cm bed with a Royal Bedding mattress
- Bedroom 4: 160x200 cm bed with a Royal Bedding mattress
