The holiday home is furnished in a typical local style. The property is also popular because of the view from the grounds into the valley and its quiet, sunny hillside location. The following are available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area. Ski room with ski boot dryer. Sauna on the ground floor. A gas barbecue as well as a mobile charcoal barbecue are available (outside in the garden). The guest can therefore decide for themselves which one they would like to use. In any case, they can conveniently have a barbecue on site. Charcoal can be purchased in the nearby shop.

Kaltenbach, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 774 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Outside there is a surveillance camera for your safety. Access via a mountain road. Snow chains or four-wheel drive required. Parking spaces on the property.
