The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 25 m² living room with a TV, fireplace and sofa - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with three single beds (90x190) - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed). - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A private, heated swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m), open from 1 May to 30 September, fitted with an alarm and a cover. - A beautiful, south-facing, enclosed garden of 800 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated in Thierville, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.

Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (maximum of 3 vehicles of any type). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bernay railway station, 21 km away - Deauville-Normandie Airport, 40 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included - The fireplace is in working order.
