With 500 m², the villa accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a dining area, fireplace, and capsule coffee machine.

There is a private covered terrace with several dining tables and a daybed, as well as an open terrace and private barbecue—ideal for outdoor meals.
The private outdoor pool is available all year, uncovered and unheated.
Please note the pool is not supervised and there is no lifeguard. There are 5 shared parking spaces and street parking is available.
The metro is a 12-minute walk, bus stop 5 minutes, and taxi rank nearby.
Beach towels are provided.
Shared bike storage and a tennis court are 15 minutes on foot.
