It consists of a living room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine), a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet, and three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 3 beds (90x190 cm) Bedroom 2: 2 beds (90x190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a 180-cm bed Bedroom 3: 2 beds (90x190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a 180-cm bed Outside, you’ll enjoy a private garden with a covered patio and outdoor furniture, a covered and shaded south-facing terrace, and access to the estate’s shared pool (17x7 m, 2 m deep, open from May to September, secured by a fence).
