In the evenings, the temperature drops thanks to the 900 m altitude. On the property: shared pool (open June 15 to September 15), heated children's pool, outdoor shower for cooling off, and children's playground. The chalet is peaceful, close to Lake Castillon, the Verdon Gorges, and Lake Sainte Croix.
Friendly on-site restaurant.
At the lake (15 minutes on foot), you can sunbathe and go boating.
Supermarket 3 km away. Castellane: lively small town with shops, restaurants, and sunny terraces.
Market square under plane trees where you can play pétanque.
Provençal markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. At the dam: water activities (canoeing, kayaking, pedal boats, swimming, etc.). The region is ideal for hiking, cycling, and motorbiking.

La localisation du gîte est idéal pour visiter les alentours (castellane, les gorges du verdon, lac de Castillon, moustiere-Sainte-marie, musée de citroen pour les passionnés). Le gîte se situe dans la résidence calme, le départ et l'arrivée autonome, un grand plus, terrasse privative, piscine extérieure avec une belle vue sur les montagnes, supermarché, station essence a 10 min en voiture) .

Wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad. De aankomst begon echter niet goed in de gutsende regen. Meestal was het warm tot circa 14u à 15u en dan kwam de regen en dan terug de zon, de laatste dagen was het de ganse dag mooi warm weer (circa 32 graden)
De luikjes deden goed hun werk. ’s Morgens en ’s avo...

Chalet très agréable. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances. Beaucoup de randonnées aux alentours. Le camping est très bien entretenu et à cet période très calme, c’est ce que je rechercher.
