A holiday at a beautiful, spiritually uplifting location in Piedmont for couples, groups, or the whole family: A very spacious, tastefully renovated 4-room apartment, approx. 90 m³, in a 19th-century Art Nouveau villa. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped; the renovation was carried out according to ecological standards, with high-quality finishes, air conditioning (heat pump), and an absolutely quiet location—yet just a 5-minute drive from the town of Acqui Terme. Dining indoors or outdoors is possible for larger groups.

Spacious outdoor areas/terrace, a 4x18-metre natural swimming pond, and fantastic views. Many beautiful retreats on the property and in nature to take a deep breath and enjoy the moment.

Child-friendly, located right next to the Podere Moirano permaculture farm ( www.podemo.it, ), situated in the heart of an UNESCO World Heritage Site. When combined with additional lodging options, the villa is also ideal for larger family or corporate events or retreats for up to 20 people.
Location & surroundings
Day trips to Asti, Alba, Barolo, etc., or to the sea/Ligurian coast, Genoa, Turin, Milan, etc., are possible by public transport (travel distances range from 30 to 100 km). Many picturesque villages are within biking and hiking distance. We’re happy to provide recommendations for day trips or visits to typical Piedmontese restaurants, wine tastings, a grappa distillery, or insider tips on exciting places and sights. Enjoy a getaway that will leave you with lasting memories!
