- 🐾 Dogs are welcome: they can enjoy the garden, provided they do not go on the beds or sofa and their waste is picked up. A welcome kit including a toy and food/water bowl is provided for your four-legged friend.
- 🤝 A few house rules to preserve the peaceful atmosphere The house is intended for relaxing stays: parties and festive events are not permitted, and the maximum capacity is 10 guests.
- The house is non-smoking, and meals should be enjoyed in the designated dining areas rather than in the bedrooms.
- Please also respect the neighbours and the tranquillity of the surroundings.
- A noise monitoring device is installed in the property to monitor sound levels. It measures ambient noise levels only and does not record conversations.
