Newly refurbished three-bedroom serviced apartment in Burpham, Guildford, sleeping up to eight. All three bedrooms have a king-size bed and an en-suite, and there is a fourth bathroom.

Kingpost Parade has been refurbished throughout, with new wood-effect flooring, made-to-measure wardrobes, designer lighting and hotel-style bathrooms. Guests describe it as spotless, with generous storage, and it is set up as well for a fortnight as for a weekend.

The apartment is on the upper floors above a parade of shops on London Road. It is reached by an outside staircase, with internal stairs to the top-floor suite, so it is not suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs. As it is on a main road, some traffic noise and early-morning bin collections can be heard.

Just off the A3, about 7 minutes' drive from Guildford High Street. Burpham is a residential suburb on the north-east side of Guildford, just off the A3.
The parade below the apartment has a bakery, a café, restaurants including the Rajdoot Indian next door, and a Cook shop for ready meals. Sainsbury's and Aldi are a short drive away.

- Self check-in by keypad. Check-in: self check-in by keypad between 4pm and 9pm. Directions and the door code are sent before arrival. Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm. Your check-in details, with the keypad code, parking permit details and an emergency number, arrive before your stay. Check-in closes at 9 pm, so please plan to arrive by then.
- Check-out: by 11am.
- Parking: free for up to three cars. A permit is arranged for the public car park directly in front of the parade (please send each car's make, colour and registration before arrival), and three further spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The apartment is set up with three king-size beds as standard. If you need the sofa bed for a seventh and eighth guest, please request it at the time of booking. There is a £30 linen and preparation charge, and last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Our team is available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and helps with check-in until 9pm. Check-in closes at 9pm and there are no late check-ins. For a genuine emergency during your stay, use the emergency number in your check-in details at any time; after 9pm, leave a voicemail and it reaches our team straight away.
- ID check and deposit: after booking, the lead guest completes a short ID check and deposit step with our partner SafeGuest. You choose either a Damage Deposit of £400 (your card is saved and nothing is taken up front; it can only be charged for a claim SafeGuest approves after check-out) or SafeGuest's No Deposit fee of £45 (a one-off fee paid to SafeGuest). If you can't use the photo ID check, message us and we'll arrange a short video call instead. Please don't send ID documents by email.

- Pets: Allowed (maximum 3). Dogs are welcome (up to 3); please ask us about any other pet. Dogs welcome

- Message us through your booking at any time: we reply between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week, and help with check-in until 9 pm.
- For work and longer stays Laundry on two floors, plenty of storage, a full kitchen and free parking for three vehicles make weekly stays straightforward for contractor teams, relocations and people between homes; one family stayed for two weeks between house moves.
