The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1996 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue possibility, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The apartment is regularly disinfected with an ozone generator. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, man hat sich sofort willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für eine Reise mit der ganzen Familie gebucht. Die Wohnungen sind ideal geeignet für eine größere Gruppe. In der vorderen (Südseite) Wohnung lassen sich die Tische aus beiden Wohnungen zusammen stellen (was uns auch sofort von den Gastgebern angeboten wurde).
