Enjoy a spacious, comfortable 120 m² house for up to 8 guests, with a tree-filled garden, private barbecue, and balcony—perfect for countryside holidays or weekend getaways.
A lake is just 8 km away, offering various activities. The house features: • 5 bedrooms: 3 with double beds (140x190 cm), 1 with two single beds (90x190 cm), 1 with bunk beds (bed linen not provided). Heating is available for an extra fee. Baby cot on request. • 1 shower room and 1 bathroom • 2 separate toilets • Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker • Dining/living room: sofa, table, TV • Children’s playroom, high chair available Homemade jams and vegetables from the garden may enhance your stay.
One pet allowed (extra fee applies). On-site parking. Nearby: Haute Charente lakes (pedalo and kayak rental, hiking trails, swimming, inflatable play area), Chassenon thermal baths, Confolens Festival, Château de La Rochefoucauld, Oradour-sur-Glane, and other activities: water sports, horse riding, pony rides with guide, hiking or mountain biking, carriage rides (groups), and lake overflights. Gîte parfait pour se retrouver en famille ou ami situé dans un endroit très calme. Gîte en entrée de ferme en campagne pour les amoureux de la nature et des animaux.
À proximité de plusieurs lacs pour les baignades et la pêche...

Très bon accueil
2ème séjour malgre les kms qui nous séparent.
Toute la famille a bien apprécié l 'endroit pour la visite des lacs et leurs activités entre autre les baignades, le parc pour les jeux des enfants,les soirées barbecue.
La campagne invite à la promenade à pied ou en vélo.
