Two floors, private parking, fireplace, two bathrooms, kitchen, huge living room... The space Ground Floor: Big Entrance Space Huge Living Room with two tables, fireplace, TV and access to Patio Kitchen with separate access to Patio Bathroom with washing machine and shower. 1 Bedroom with window facing the garden including one single bed + 1 bunk bed. Double Sofa Bed First Floor: 1 Bedroom queen size with terrace 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to add extra bed) with window facing the garden. Bathroom with shower. Small extra terrace. You'll also enjoy a private garden, a grill/barbecue for outdoor cooking, an outdoor shower, and a shared playground nearby.
Fans are available for warmer days. For Winter Stays: the villa has no built-in heating system. 2 Gas Heaters + 3 small electric heaters are available though. Guest access Guest access to private residence area is through private entrance on Via Flacca.
Access to beach is through a private walkway with private access. Other things to note Bed Sheets availability to be agreed before finalizing the booking.
