A semi-detached house on a former farm situated in the heart of the bay of Douarnenez on the Crozon peninsula.
Open the windows of the gîte 'Mer-veille' and you will hear birds singing all over the place.
Gr.fl.: kitchen, dining room/lounge with view on the sea, double bedroom with queen-sized bed, shower room (walk-in shower), wc. Upstairs: double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room, wc,games rooms with books.
Electric heating.
Garden with sea views, garden furniture, bbq and terrace. 2 mountain bikes at guests' disposal.
Garage. This Energy class B gîte was fully renovated in 2013, it is a perfectly isolated and bioclimatic home with the bedrooms and dining room to the south, lounge and terrace to the west.
Lounge or terrace offer panoramic views over the 'Cap de la Chèvre' and over the inlet of Morgat.
From the first floor there is a lovely view of the Pentrez beach.

Gîte très bien placé pour excursionner dans la région. Très calme, sans vis à vis. Vue sur mer. Toilettes séparées et très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la canicule. Des oreillers de meilleure qualité et plus nombreux ainsi qu'un ventilateur dans chaque chambre auraient été appréciés.

très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont pris le temps de bien nous recevoir et de nous conseiller pour des visites, des randos....le gîte est fonctionnel, bien aménagé, très propre avec une belle vue sur la mer.le seul bémol c'est qu'il est un peu loin du village mais par contre le coin est très calme. Je le recommande sans problème.

Nous avons passé une suoer semaine.Tres bon accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. La maison est très chouette il ne manque rien .Première fois que je vois autant de vaisselles dans une location.Pour les personnes qui aiment la vue sur la mer avec un beau couché de soleil en restant dans le canapé Vous serez aux anges .La literie est très confortable .Recommande fortement.
