The apartment is located on the grounds of a former bookbinding shop and is pleasantly set back from Grüner Weg.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of downtown Aachen in the Grüner Weg industrial park and offers excellent access to public transportation as well as to the highways leading to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
In just a few minutes, you can reach, among other places: • Carolus Thermen and the spa park (approx. 300 m) • Tivoli and the CHIO Equestrian Stadium (approx. 1 km) • numerous shopping options and restaurants • bus stops with direct connections to downtown and the main train station • RWTH Aachen University, companies, and other research institutions
