Its exceptional location, right in the center of the town of St Priest, just opposite St Priest Castle, will charm you. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Lyon, the “Lyon Porte des Alpes” technology park, Eurexpo, Groupama Stadium, Saint-Exupéry airport, Bron aerodrome and public transport (T2 tramway).
On the ground floor, a fully equipped independent studio with a kitchen area, a separate shower room/wc and a sleeping area with a double bed.
Upstairs, a gîte with a living room, a lounge area (TV) opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with their private shower rooms.
A first bedroom with 1 double bed with a bathroom with private bathtub/wc, not adjoining.
A second bedroom with 2 single beds, a private non-adjoining shower room/wc, offering a lovely view of the garden and the swimming pool.
The third bedroom has a large double bed and its private shower room and wc.
Outside: the garden has several covered or uncovered areas, fitted out with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, plancha.
