Just 100 meters from the sea, this Tabarkino-style house is nestled in a private garden spanning over one hectare that extends all the way to the coast.
Walking through the garden, you’ll reach an area with flat rocks and crystal-clear water, just a short walk from Geniò Beach. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a corner sofa and a wall-mounted TV, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a second bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom.
The stone walls and terracotta floors keep the house cool in the summer. Facing the sea is a spacious patio shaded by a reed pergola and a century-old pine tree.
