With more than 300 days of sunshine per year and pleasantly cool summer nights, the setting is ideal to recharge in any season. Your accommodation This one-storey house can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes: - A large living room of about 90 m2, bright, with living room, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen. - Three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and a private toilet. - A bathroom and toilet. - A large sunny balcony for breakfast. - A terrace with views of a small private lake (not bathable and not fishing). The outdoor areas, parking, terrace, balcony and lake approaches are completely private. An ideal destination for mountain lovers From the house, hiking trails and mountain bike routes start directly at the foot of the accommodation.
The site is ideal for lovers of nature, photography, contemplation or simply to enjoy a stay away from the hustle and bustle. The resort of Réallon is only 1.5 km away and offers, depending on the season, ski lifts, local shops, equipment rental and many mountain activities. Access to housing In summer and out of snow, the house is easily accessible by car by about 1.6 km of forest trail (very low ground clearance vehicles not recommended). In winter, a true mountain experience From mid-December to mid-April, snowmaking completely transforms the place.
The forest trail becomes a northern route and access to the accommodation is from the parking lot located about 1 km away, on foot, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or hiking skiing. This particularity is an integral part of the charm of the place and will seduce travelers in search of an authentic immersion in the winter mountain.
