On this same floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, perfect for those seeking greater comfort and independence, as well as a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds.
The property has air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans, designed to ensure a cool and pleasant stay during the summer months. The lower level provides extra useful space, with a living area, toilet, laundry area and garage, ideal for family stays or multi-day holidays.
