Welcome to our villa, completely surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery, in the heart of Tropea, just a few steps from the beaches and with all amenities right around the corner. A two-bedroom duplex located inside an historic Art Nouveau villa built in the 1800s and recently renovated. Full access to a private Mediterranean garden featuring an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and outdoor shower—which is simply magical after a day at the beach.

The town of Tropea is a famous beach destination, situated on a reef along the renowned “Coast of the Gods” on the Tyrrhenian Sea, south of Vibo Valentia and north of Capo Vaticano. The villa is one of the very few in the city centre with a garden and surrounded by lush vegetation.
It’s ideal for culture-loving tourists and those eager to immediately immerse themselves in the hustle and bustle of one of southern Italy’s most beautiful coastal towns. Also easily accessible on foot—via stairs leading directly down from the historic centre—is the fine sandy beach “della Rotonda,” just 0.4 km away. It is picturesquely situated between the pilgrimage church “Madonna dell’Isola,” perched on a sandstone rock towering above the sea, and the town centre.
Our villa is located just a few steps from the historic centre of Tropea; it takes 10 minutes by car or local train to reach the main attraction at Capo Vaticano.
In front of a tastefully furnished holiday home, on the back side of the villa, you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden. You enter through the private terrace. The holiday home is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen and features, on the ground floor, a kitchen-living room combination, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor, where there is a spacious, open sleeping area with a double bed and a spare bed, as well as a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.
The kitchen-living room is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen, a double sofa bed, and satellite TV. Wi-Fi internet connection is available.
The garden features a large, partially covered terrace equipped with a washing machine, a stone grill (barbecue), and an outdoor kitchen.
The nearest shops are literally just around the corner. Good to know for train travellers: Tropea’s train station is only 500 m away. Drivers can park their vehicles in one of the street parking spots in front of the house.

Superschön Direkt neben der Altstadt Bäcker kleine Supermärkte und Drogerie in der nähe. Strand in 15 Minuten fussweg zu erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil für empfindliche Bei offenem Fenster Einbahnstraßen Verkehr.
