This villa is built around a simple idea: you don’t just look out at the Gulf from the outside—it comes right inside.
The large windows bring light and the view into every room, so you wake up already immersed in the landscape, without having to search for the sea. The villa is spread over several levels, with spaces that open naturally outward thanks to the expansive glass surfaces.
Every room maintains direct contact with the Gulf, creating a seamless continuity between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. Outside, the pool visually blends with the sea on the horizon: the water in the pool and that of the Gulf appear as a single surface.
The shallow-water patio offers another space where you can wade in the water or sunbathe.
The gardens are laid out on two levels, featuring both cozy nooks and open areas. Nearby, you’ll find Terrasini, perfect for a stroll or an aperitif on the red cliffs.
