Noli is distinguished by its historic center with the Cathedral of San Pietro, medieval towers, and small port, and is a destination that combines the sea and trekking thanks to the paths of the Via Julia Augusta overlooking the coast. By car, you will find private parking 300 meters from the house, convenient for leaving your car without worries. Once you arrive at the building, you can independently collect the keys from the lockbox, convenient for arriving whenever you want from 3 PM onwards. The apartment is located on the third floor, reachable by a freight elevator (not comparable to a passenger elevator, but useful for luggage and groceries), while stairs are used for people. Once you cross the threshold, the ENTRANCE will welcome you with a coat rack to leave coats and bags. In the LIVING AREA you will find a comfortable blue sofa, a Smart TV where you can connect your streaming accounts, a dining table for four people, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. The KITCHEN is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, everything you need to comfortably prepare your meals. The DOUBLE BEDROOM is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, and a painting recalling the sea, for a relaxing awakening. The TWIN BEDROOM is designed for children or friends, with a bridge wardrobe and ceiling fan for the warmer nights. Sheets, pillows, and towels are always provided for the indicated number of guests. The BATHROOM is single and complete with shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and water heater. The TWO BALCONIES of the living area and the double bedroom will give you a view of the hills surrounding Noli, furnished with a small table and two chairs, ideal for breakfast or an aperitif at the end of the day. And when you are away from home? You can reach the beach and the medieval village of Noli on foot, visit the nearby Bergeggi Island, walk the coastal paths of Via Julia Augusta if you love trekking, and taste Ligurian cuisine among focaccia, farinata, and fish dishes in the town's restaurants.
