This one-block apartment of 47 m2 loft type is located in the basement of a family house on the ground floor very bright.
It was completely renovated in 2026. It will easily accommodate four people who agree to sleep nearby and who can be divided into a 2-person sofa bed, of very good quality, Poltrone and Sofa and in two single sofa beds that can form a second bed for 2 people.
The room has a fully equipped kitchen with a pretty light oak table.
A large bathroom with toilet and window is available.
The apartment fresh by nature can be refreshed by air conditioning.
Guests are received with sheets and towels without beach towels.
Freshly renovated, the services are of quality in a contemporary spirit revisited which wants to reflect the atmosphere of the medieval village of Noli.
This apartment named Dante is part of the same apartment in the basement of the house of the same kind called Beatrice, the village of Noli, having recently been discovered, as having inspired the poet Dante, in the divine comedy.
Its view of the Ligurian hills, particularly green, and the sea in the background are conducive to rest and relaxation.
The place is extremely quiet: you will have access to several communal areas outside with tables and garden furniture, including under a very large pergola of 100 m², under the vineyards.
The apartment is located 400 metres from the historic centre of Noli and 800 m from its beaches.
It has a private car park partly in the shade under the olive trees.
The village of Noli is one of the most villages in Italy and is no longer to be described.
Many cultural events exist throughout the year.
The nearby villages (Varigotti, Finale Ligure, Final Borgo), trekking or mountain bike tours or the largest cities to visit nearby (Genova, Lucca, Portofino, Cinque Terre, Alba) offer an important programme of discoveries of the Ligurian, Tuscan and Piedmontese regions to be modulated according to your tastes.
