In a hamlet of just a few houses, this self-catering cottage is located on the first floor of the owners' house and has a separate entrance.
The house also includes a guest room on the garden level. - Living room/kitchen - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - Shower room/WC - WC Access to the cottage is via 19 steps - Private terrace (27 m²) - Lounge area - Access to an outdoor kitchen area in the garden: 5-burner gas hob, sink, barbecue, and garden furniture - Parking Shared with the other rentals: - Swimming pool (12 x 6 meters, depth 1.30 m to 1.60 m) open during the rental period from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm, secured by an alarm.
Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Air conditioning - Washing machine - Dryer - Microwave - Freezer compartment - American-style refrigerator with ice maker - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer Owners' pets (dogs and cats) live on the property. - 1-hectare property - Landscaped garden with a waterfall and aviaries (exotic birds) - Shared swimming pool for guests and those staying in guest room 26701 (5 x 8 meters, maximum depth 2 meters), open from April 15th to November 5th, secured by a safety alarm - Outdoor shower (hot water) - Poolside refreshment area (refrigerator, freezer, worktop, and sink) - Outdoor kitchen in the garden: 5-burner gas cooktop, sink, and barbecue - Sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor four-poster bed - Vegetable garden and trees Fruit trees - Chicken coop (chickens, rooster, and rabbits) - Mosquito repellent devices ("Mosquito") - Secure parking - Reinforced outlet for electric vehicle charging (no extra charge) - Pool towels available

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au logement de Nathalie et Laurent, tout était parfait, très bien équipé et entretenu. Un véritable écrin de verdure.Situation géographique parfaite entre Ajaccio et Piana, ce qui laisse beaucoup d’opportunités pour découvrir ce coin de Corse.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir…Patxi, Andde, Maddalen et Arnaud..

Un havre de paix,très reposant, un jardin luxuriant avec des espèces de végétaux remarquables. Il y a 3 chiennes et 3 chats qui ne perturbent en rien notre séjour ( ils sont très calmes). Un appartement avec terrasse magnifique avec des prestations haut de gamme. Les propriétaires charmants et de bons conseils. Vraiment, j'ai passé de bonnes vacances en Corse.
