Spacious (230 m² over 2 floors), you will enjoy the 145 m² ground floor (the upper floor is closed and unoccupied) for a peaceful countryside stay, perfect for families or friends. Relax in the garden with a private pool, sun deck, pergola with loungers, wooden terrace with outdoor lounge, dining table and plancha barbecue.

The ground floor features a large living area with lounge, fully equipped modern kitchen (coffee machine included), and dining room.

Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests, with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

A second toilet is available upstairs.

Located in a quiet hamlet 800 m from shops in Carignan-de-Bordeaux and 7 minutes by car from the supermarket, the house is ideally placed for exploring the region: Bordeaux 15 min, vineyards and villages of Entre-Deux-Mers 5-20 min, Saint-Émilion 30 min, Espiet lake 30 min, Arcachon Bay 45 min. Within 20 min: hiking, tennis, 2 golf courses, cycling or horseback riding, waterski lift, karting. 4 parking spaces, TV (400+ channels), high-speed Wi-Fi, end-of-stay cleaning included, mid-stay cleaning available for an extra fee, bed linen and towels provided.
