Finca La Principal is a historic estate featuring traditional Canarian architecture linked to agriculture, with origins dating back to 1512. The buildings, protected by Breña Alta’s heritage catalog, date from the 16th century and were restored in 1877 and at the end of the 20th century, helping to preserve the rural heritage of the Canary Islands.
Located in Buenavista de Arriba, it is surrounded by native vegetation and declared a “Protected Scenic Reserve Area.” It is part of the “Biosphere Reserve Tourism Product Club” for Complementary Activities and Spanish Ecotourism.
You will find an outdoor pool, gardens, terraces, private parking, and local fruits and herbs.
Access is via the old La Palma airport.
