Independent rural house in Sotillo de las Palomas, at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente, in the Tiétar Valley and very close to the Sierra de Gredos, just 1 hour 15 minutes from Madrid.
An ideal rural retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature. The house offers 90 m² distributed over a living room with kitchen and a full bathroom on the ground floor, plus 3 bedrooms (two with en-suite toilets) upstairs, accommodating 6–8 guests.
The entire house is climate-controlled with aerothermal heating, and there is Wi-Fi and a TV. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private 1,500 m² plot with a garden, a 10x6 meter private pool, solar shower, and outdoor bathroom.
There’s also a large covered patio with barbecue and wood-fired oven, perfect for outdoor meals and evenings.
An electric vehicle charger is available for an extra fee, and free parking is provided next to the house. The area offers a paddle tennis court 5 minutes’ walk away, futsal and basketball courts 10 minutes away, and many hiking and cycling routes through the Sierra de Gredos.
