ENTERTAINMENT The game room is genuinely well equipped — a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, arcade games, and board games, all opening into its own seating area with a smart TV. YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS The backyard centers around a heated saltwater pool and a spacious lanai with multiple seating areas and outdoor dining for six. A professional mini golf course and a fire pit with seating for ten round out a yard with genuine range, and an outdoor smart TV keeps the action going poolside.
Beach essentials — towels, chairs, a Shibumi shade, a beach wagon, and a cooler — are included for easy mornings at the water. THE SURROUNDING AREA South Marco Beach is just 2.1 miles away for soft white sand and clear water, and Tigertail Beach offers a different pace with its lagoon and excellent shelling.
Mackle Park sits directly across the street, with basketball and volleyball courts, a splash pad, walking trails, and a lake for wildlife viewing.
The Rookery and Hammock Bay both offer championship golf nearby, and Rookery Bay Reserve is a worthwhile stop for birdwatching and nature trails.
Bike and golf cart rentals are widely available on the island, and a free local shuttle service makes getting around easy without a car. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, giving our team the time needed to prepare the home to the standard you deserve.

We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Noise monitors are present on the property to help maintain a peaceful environment for all. This property does not accommodate pets, and we appreciate your understanding. This home is reserved for the guests on the reservation — gatherings or events beyond that group are not permitted. The home is entirely smoke-free, indoors and outdoors, and we appreciate you honoring that. Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway.
Marco Island strictly enforces parking regulations — street parking is not permitted at any time, and vehicles may not extend over or block the sidewalk. One exterior security camera is present on the property for the safety and security of our guests.
No interior cameras are present. The heated saltwater pool is available at $100 per week (or $200 for a two-week stay), with the fee remaining $100 for stays shorter than one week.
Heating is recommended between October and May, and we ask for at least three days' notice before arrival.
Please note that pool heaters become less effective when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F, and during Florida's cooler months, the pool may not reach the desired temperature even with heating active — we're always happy to discuss this further before or during your stay.
