At the back, you’ll find a second garden with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals, and a stunning panoramic terrace accessible via a spiral staircase. The location allows you to often leave your car parked: Maddalena Beach (also known as Lido di Capoterra) is within walking distance, as is the I Gabbiani shopping center with supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, restaurants, pizzerias, and many services.
The bus stop is just a minute’s walk away, making it easy to reach Cagliari. Villa Sonia is also a great base for exploring the area: the archaeological site of Nora and the beaches of Pula are about 20 minutes by car, while the famous Chia can be reached in about 35 minutes.
