Location: Spend wonderful vacations in our well-kept and renovated guesthouse, which is located in an idyllic location on the edge of the forest of Gstadt and yet only 10 minutes walk from Lake Chiemsee and the town center.Amenities and facilities: Our modern and high-quality furnished apartments with cozy living-dining area, modern kitchenettes, 1-2 separate bedrooms, elegant bathrooms, and balcony or terrace are non-smoking apartments. They all have shower/WC, LCD TV with SAT-TV, radio alarm clock, safe, internet connection, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher.Special feature: Enjoy relaxing days in a stylish ambience and friendly atmosphere. As a special service for our guests we offer daily bread roll service,. A large sunbathing lawn with sun loungers, a bicycle garage and parking spaces at the house are available. Table and bed linen, towels and shower towels are also available for change.pets are not allowed.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 6. Diese ist in der zweiten Etage. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und das sieht man auch. Sie ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Hier fehlt es an nichts.
Frau Obinger ist super freundlich und immer ansprechbar.
Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lobenswert war auch der Brötchenservice .Die Ferienwohnung war super, das Bad besonders schick.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, außer der überhöhte Preis durch Holidu. Gastgeber waren wesentlich preiswerter. Buchung beim nächsten Mal direkt beim Gastgeber.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
