In the house: lift. Stepped path (27 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 5 m, bakery 150 m, pedestrian zone 10 m, bus stop "Plaça Llibertat" 260 m, railway station "Flaça" 31 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 10 m. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, minigolf 7 km. Nearby attractions: Camí de Ronda - Calas Preciosas 2 km, Museo de la Pesca - Palamós 3 km, Water Park Aquadiver 5 km, Avenida de Tiendas - Platja d'Aro 6 km, Via ferrata Cala del Molí 13 km, Peratallada - Pueblo medieval 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
