The holiday home built in 2011 is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use are: lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.
Location
Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on an 850 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Small dog is allowed. The landlord also has a friendly dog. OTP Szép Card possible. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in carport and on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living kitchen with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Der Ort Gyenesdias liegt direkt am Balaton, zu Fuß ist der See vom Objekt aus in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Infrastruktur im Ort ist hervorragend, die Auswahl an Geschäften überwältigend, selbst in Deutschland muss man lange suchen um diese Angebote an einem Fleck zu finden. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und um einiges preiswerter als in Deutschland.
