The detached holiday home is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The building is situated on the hill of Siófok, in a quiet detached-house neighbourhood. Therefore, no loud events or parties may be held on site. It is important to observe quiet hours! High-powered speakers are not permitted. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
