The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1970 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a lively environment, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn.

Bardolino. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, 16 m x 20 m, 2 m deep). Children's pool (diameter 3 m, 60 cm deep). In case of bad weather, the closing/opening time may be brought forward or postponed.

Leider war die Wohnung anders als man sie zu Anfang erwarten würde.
Stellenweise war die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand.
Im Kinderzimmer war der Putz beschädigt.
Fensterrahmen beschädigt / undicht.
Im Kinderzimmer war ein Loch mit einem Kabel mit einem Stück Paketklebeband zugeklebt.
