The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1994, was renovated in 2018, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue area, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Hévíz, 160 m a.s.l. The holiday apartment is located on a 720 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Exotic plants. Access is via a side road (paved, length 30 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in garage, carport, and on the property. Parking in a closed courtyard.
