The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The residence is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Rabac. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA RAC 266 and 267 (each for 6 people) and KVA RAC 268 and 269 (each for 5 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas stove (3 burners), electric stove (1 plate), refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and toilet.
