The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is furnished in the typical regional style. The residence is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use are: children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing seat and courtyard.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The other half of the house is BAL FEN 008 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Unser Aufenthalt war gut, dass Haus passt von der Beschreibung, es ist ein etwas älteres typisch ungarisch eingerichtetes Haus. Lage war in Ordnung, nur die enge Hofeinfahrt war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir hatten einen schönes Aufenthalt in Balatonfenyves. Abwicklung mit Reisebüro war auch problemlos.

Das Haus bzw. Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr geräumig und für Ungarn okay.
Gar nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Vermieterin in unserer Abwesenheit in unserem Haus war. Das wurde im Nachhinein von allen klein geredet. Ich habe mich ab diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr wohl und nicht mehr sicher gefühlt.
