The property is situated in a holiday-home settlement, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hammock swing and courtyard.

Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking in garage, carport.
