The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to leisurely dinners, with a dining space perfect for gathering together.
Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and a calming atmosphere to ensure a restful night’s sleep as well as a family bathroom with bath/shower. Whether you're travelling as a family or a small group, there’s plenty of room for everyone to feel at home. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - kingsize, Bedroom 2 - double, Bedroom 3 - single

Located just a short walk from Truro’s vibrant city centre, you’ll have easy access to independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and the iconic cathedral. Plus, some of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches are only a short drive away, making this the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.
We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. There is designated free parking space for your stay

For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
This property is not suitable for parties. Any loud music and parties, will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation.
We have a strict no-smoking indoors policy at our property. A fee will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport
Card details will be securely collected before check-in for a refundable damage deposit of £150. This is a pre-authorisation only and will be released after check-out if no damage is reported.
