A 50-square-meter, air-conditioned duplex located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, spread over two levels and accommodating up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms.

The beach is right across from the residence and is just a short walk away. You will find an outdoor parking space in the residence's private parking lot. Ideally located, the apartment is just a one-minute walk from the beach.

Instructions très claires pour récupérer la clef de l'appartement. Seul bémol: la porte de la chambre du bas ne se ferme pas à cause du lit
