Please note that this is a private property, so we ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. The property is located right in the centre of Sesimbra, just a few steps from the beach. Sesimbra does not have a metro station.
The most practical means of transport is by car. From Lisbon, the property is approximately 40 to 50 minutes away by car, via the A2/IP7. By bus, the TST (Transportes Sul do Tejo) line 207 connects Lisbon (Cacilhas) to Sesimbra, with stops close to the property. Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 50 to 60 minutes away by car. Taxis and private transfers are available in the area. Free street parking and paid parking in the building. This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property.
If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). The loss or misplacement of the property access key, in case of code system failure, has a cost of €80. Parking: Free street parking and paid parking in the building. Wake up to the sound of waves in this magnificent and modern seafront apartment in Sesimbra! The master bedroom features a contemporary concept, harmoniously separated from the living area by a glass wall, and is equipped with a very comfortable double bed to ensure peaceful nights. To further enhance your leisure experience, the accommodation includes access to an excellent shared pool in the building, ideal for a relaxing swim.
