The house features a spacious, south-facing 3,000 m² garden, surrounded by shrubs and fencing, with views over the valley.
Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a large table for 10, a big parasol, and a covered veranda.
In summer, life is mostly outdoors, with excellent Wi-Fi throughout. For children, there’s a trampoline, sandbox, swing, and hanging tires, plus space to pitch a tent.
In the second part of the garden, behind a closed gate, enjoy a heated pool from mid-April to mid-October (10 x 5 m), a large terrace (170 m²), and an outdoor shower. The 13 m² kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hobs, microwave, and both Senseo and Nespresso coffee makers.
It opens onto a 25 m² living room with wood stove, large corner sofa, dining table for six, Dutch satellite TV, and Chromecast.
Firewood is available for an extra charge in winter. Upstairs are three bedrooms: the main (13 m²) with king-size bed, a second with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), and a third with bunk beds.
All open onto the landing.
Each bed has a mattress protector, pillows, and duvets.
A folding crib is available.
Bed linen and towels are provided. From the kitchen, access the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, and the laundry room with washing machine.
Above, the fourth bedroom (18 m²) has a separate entrance via the laundry and a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). To explore the area, two electric bikes are available subject to availability and for an additional fee.

Wij hebben een maand mogen verblijven in jullie verblijf Felinas. Ondanks de dagen met regen hebben wij genoten van jullie mooie aangelegde tuin en compleet ingerichte huis. Wat een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Ook hadden we het geluk dat jullie zelf ook 2 weken aanwezig waren in het dorp zo...

Wat een heerlijke plek! Leuk huis met een prachtige tuin en evenzo prachtig zwembad, waar het voor ons nog even te koud voor was. We hebben dit huis gebruikt als uitvalsbasis voor het zoeken naar een eigen plek in deze regio om te gaan wonen. De omgeving is prachtig, je kan lange wandelingen uit hui...

Wij hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad in dit fijne huis. Het huis staat in een rustig dorpje met maar 15 inwoners.
De tuin en het zwembad, daar hebben we echt van genoten. We hebben verschillende fiets- en wandeltochten gemaakt in de rustige omgeving. Al met al een plek om naar terug te keren!
