By metro, the nearest station is Intendente (Green Line), a short walk from the property, with fast connections to Lisbon city centre and the entire metro network. By bus, several lines serve the area, offering convenient connections across the city of Lisbon. By car, the property has easy access to the city's main roads.
Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area. Paid street parking available. This property has a self-check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish washing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Paid street parking available. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. It is important to note that, as they are on the top floor, the ceiling height in the bedrooms varies, so taller guests may have some difficulty moving around.
Additionally, please be aware that the blackout curtains do not block light completely, which may disturb those sensitive to morning brightness. The apartment has two full bathrooms with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and access is exclusively by stairs — not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

Great stay! Be careful not to turn on too many appliances because it causes the power to shut down (all air conditioning units, for example). But it's possible to reset it quickly, and otherwise everything was fine. The view from the balcony is impressive!

We had to change accommodation due to an electrical fault. We got another apartment with a good location and Guestready promised to cover travel expenses to the new accommodation.
The apartment was otherwise as we wished and matched the description. We had a very nice stay despite the small electrical problem.

I had a great stay! The apartment was nice and clean, with air conditioning. The directions and key collection instructions were clear, which made check-in easy. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues. I’d happily stay here again!
