The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 60 m² living area with a sitting area and TV, and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with a shower and toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90x200) For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron. Outdoors: - A 200 m² enclosed south-west-facing garden with a furnished terrace to enjoy the fine weather - A kitchen area equipped with an electric plancha The house is ideally situated in Montry, in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: - Disneyland Paris theme park - Val d’Europe shopping centre - Vallée Shopping - Sea Life and Village Nature Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest station: Line 19, 200 metres away, which goes to the RER A station (Paris in 35 minutes and the TGV from Disney Marne-la-Vallée). - Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle, 35 minutes’ drive away Other notes: – Bed linen and towels are included. - Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - The cameras visible in some photos have been removed.
The property does not have any CCTV cameras. – End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
