Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: – A 19 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (two pull-out beds measuring 70×190) and a dining area – A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… – A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). – A bathroom with a shower and toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: – A 2 m² balcony adjoining the bedroom and facing east. The flat is ideally situated in Fleury, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Beaches - Water sports - The Massif de la Clape and visits to wine estates - Sigean African Wildlife Park - Exploring Narbonne Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Narbonne, 20 km away - Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d’Agde, 33 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
