The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with a gas stovetop, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchenware), sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, and access to the outdoor area; - BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV; - BEDROOM II with bunk beds (two single beds), wardrobe, and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; - PATIO furnished with a table, chairs, a small outdoor sofa, armchairs, and a bioclimatic pergola. La struttura è ottima, i sistemi di sicurezza menzionati quali rivelatore di gas e di monossido risultano assenti così come risulta assente la presenza di un estintore.
La posizione. Non risulta essere a 350 mt come indicato ma bensì a 800 mt dalla spiaggia

Mare che per il centro, facilita di accesso e parcheggio privato, soggiorno ottimo e confortevole sotto tutti i punti di vista, super consigliato per passare dei giorni a Pozzallo.

Parcheggio interno privato, casa accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto. Esterno arredato per piacevoli serate. Posizione eccezionale per raggiungere mete tra le più famose della Sicilia.
