Surrounded by gardens in the Cubillas reservoir, 15 minutes from the center of Granada, 30 min. Sierra Nevada and 50 min from the beach. The best is its spacious exterior with a large pool where you can relax and sunbathe, garden areas, lawns, ornamental plants, fruit trees, terraces, barbecue and pergola. It has Free Wi-Fi. It has air conditioning in the kitchen-dining room area and in the main bedroom, ceiling fans in the other bedroomsVilla Luna is a villa that has a large fully consolidated garden area with a natural grass area, ornamental plants and fruit trees, terraces, a magnificent outdoor area with a pergola and barbecue, dining room, refrigerator, freezer, sink, outdoor bathroom and a large 11x6 meter private pool with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.The house is divided into three floors.On the ground floor we find a large living room, TV and sofas. Large fully equipped dining kitchen with air conditioning and a toilet. The entire ground floor is perfectly accessible, without architectural barriers.On the first floor we find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (size 150x200 cm) and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan and direct access to a large terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds with a ceiling fan. On this floor there is also the main bathroom of the house. On the same floor we find a nice terrace overlooking the garden.On the second floor we find a bedroom that has three single beds and magnificent views of the Sierra Nevada and the reservoir.
