PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa is arranged over three levels and offers spacious interiors throughout.
On the ground floor, you will find a first lounge area, a dining room, and a large fully equipped kitchen with its own dining space. An independent guest WC completes this level.
The first floor hosts the main sleeping quarters.
The master suite features a large walk-in dressing room as well as a bathroom with shower, double vanity, and WC.
A second bedroom also benefits from its own bathroom with shower and WC.
A third bedroom contains a single bunk bed (child) and a single sofa bed and connects to the dressing room.
A laundry room with WC is also available on this floor.-On the top level, an additional independent bedroom features its own equipped kitchenette and a shower room with WC.
We then discover a large panoramic glass-enclosed living room overlooking the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, organized around a bar and its large screen TV, a billiards table, a lounge and a dining room, with an unobstructed sea view and no overlooking neighbors.
From this space, you have direct access to the rear garden, where the swimming pool, pool house, sauna, summer kitchen, and several outdoor lounge and dining areas create an ideal setting for relaxing and entertaining.
The décor combines the charm of this Art Deco villa from the 1930s with more contemporary materials and carefully selected furnishings.
The villa offers one parking space within the property as well as a second space directly opposite.
