Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa, dining area and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs… - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A 7 m² balcony facing east/west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in Fleury, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Enjoy the beach at Saint-Pierre-la-Mer - Go hiking in the Massif de la Clape - Explore the Gouffre de l’Œil Doux, an impressive natural chasm surrounded by cliffs - Visit the Domaine de l’Oustalet with its pony club, mini-farm and pony rides for children Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park located outside behind the building (unnumbered spaces).
